We offer a 30 day return policy if unsatisfied with purchase. Contact us at help@johnmayernyc.com within 30 days to request a refund. Exchanges are also possible if desired. After refund is requested, we will process a shipping label for you to send us the item. Refunds can typically range anywhere from 1 - 10 business dates to show up on your account depending on you payment method.
